Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup shredded mozzarella
- 1⁄2 Cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1⁄2 Cup marinara sauce
- 1 Cup mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1⁄2 Cup sliced bell peppers
- 1⁄2 Cup Sliced black olives
- 1⁄2 Cup sliced mushrooms

Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
The cauliflower and remove the stem and leaves. Cut into small pieces.
Process the cauliflower in a food processor until it has a rice-like texture.
Cook the processed cauliflower in a skillet over medium heat until it's soft (around 10 minutes). Let it cool.
Squeeze the excess liquid out of the cooked cauliflower using a clean kitchen towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower with eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape it into a pizza round.
