Pickled Pepper in Oil
Pickled pepper in oil is a great way to preserve the taste and beautiful color of peppers all year round.

- 2 kg Red pepper
- 1 l olive oil
- 5 pcs garlic

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Clean the peppers, remove the core and chop them.
Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the pepper and garlic.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, or until the peppers are soft.
Let the finished peppers cool down and then transfer them into glass jars. Add oil and seal.
We keep it in the fridge. Before serving, let the jar come out of the fridge for at least an hour.
