Plum Cake with Curd Pudding Layer
A cake that you can prepare with any seasonal fruit. Simple, tasty, for an afternoon coffee or just for a treat.

- 4 a piece egg
- 120 g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon milk
- 200 g special fine flour
- 1⁄2 packages baking soda
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
Curd layer
- 200 ml milk
- 1⁄2 packaging vanilla pudding
- 100 g lumpy curd cheese
- 30 g vanilla protein
- 5 pc plum

1. Step
Whisk the eggs with sugar. Whisk for at least 10 minutes. Then we add oil and milk. After that, stir in the sifted flour with baking powder. Pour approximately half of the batter into a round mold (diameter 24cm) lined with baking paper. Add cocoa and milk to the second half and pour the cocoa part over the light one.
2. Step
From milk and pudding powder, we cook a thick pudding. We remove it from the heat and mix it with curd and protein. We layer the curd part on the pastry in the mold.
3. Step
Cut the plums into smaller pieces and place them on top of the cake. Bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
