We need for the body
- 200 g Ground poppy
- 4 a piece egg
- 35 ml oil
- 80 g yoghurt
- pinch salt
- 80 g crystal sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Filling
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 250 g Curd fat
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 1⁄2 a piece orange juice
- lemon juice

1. Step
We separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar until frothy, add oil and yogurt and stir. To this mixture we add poppy seed flour and baking powder with wine stone. Finally, gently mix with beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. After baking, we cut the cooled cake and fill it.
2. Step
Whisk the sour cream, curd and sugar together. Finally, add the orange juice. Spread 2/3 of the cream on the cake base and layer the cherries. Cover with the second cake layer and spread 1/3 of the cream on top. Add cherries, almond slices and mint.
