Potato slices
Potato cutlets are a great dish that you will love. Its delicate taste will enchant even the most demanding diners. Their preparation is very simple and quick, which you will appreciate when cooking for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 500 g potato
- 1 pcs egg
- 2 Spoons Smooth flour
- 1 pcs Garlic clove
- 50 g grated cheese (optional)
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg for seasoning
- Oil for frying

Directions
Peel the potatoes and grate finely. Then let them stand for a while to let the juice out.
Squeeze the potatoes, squeeze out the juice. Add the eggs, crushed garlic, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the potatoes. Mix well.
Heat a frying pan and add oil. Then, using a spoon, place small pancakes in the pan and press with the palms of your hands.
Fry the potato pancakes golden on both sides. At the end you can sprinkle with grated cheese and let it melt.
Serve the finished potato cutlets with ketchup or tartar sauce.
