Pudding Cake with Whipped Cream
This sweet dessert is a great addition to coffee or as a dessert after a large lunch. The pudding cake with whipped cream is delicious, delicate and definitely ranks among favorite sweets. Do not be deterred by the initial effort, the result is worth it.
Ingredients

- 200 g self-rising flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 pcs egg
Pudding
- 2 pcs vanilla pudding
- 500 ml milk
Whip
- 200 ml whipping cream
- confectionery sugar

Directions
Prepare your ingredients. Mix the flour, sugar, butter, and egg until smooth. This will be the dough for our cake.
We will cook the pudding according to the instructions on the package with milk.
We often put it into a greased cake form. We pour the already cooked pudding on top of the dough.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 - 35 minutes.
After baking, let the cake cool down and spread it with strawberry jam.
Whip the cream together with the sugar and spread it on the jam.
We will garnish the cake with strawberries, mint leaves, and sprinkle it with cocoa.
