Puff Pastry Pudding Dessert
Delicious heart-shaped puff pastry with pudding and fruit.
Ingredients
Puff pastry
- 2 packaging puff pastry
Pudding cream
- 2 pcs vanilla pudding
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar

Directions
We will use two sizes of molds for cutting out hearts.
We use a bigger cookie cutter to make full heart shapes. Position them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and coat the edges with egg.
From the second sheet of dough, cut out equally large hearts in the middle with a hole, for which we will use a smaller mold.
On the baking sheet, we place molds with a hole in two layers. We spread the edges between the layers and the top with a beaten egg. There will be a hole for the pudding filling in the center of each heart.
We bake the hearts in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 15 minutes.
We cook the vanilla pudding in milk according to the instructions on the package and add sugar. We constantly stir.
We fill the hearts with pudding, decorate with any fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
