In today's age, more and more people are dealing with food intolerances. If you are among them, I offer you a recipe for a dessert. You don't have to deprive yourself of delicious pies. This one is free of eggs, gluten, and lactose.

- 100 g rice flour
- 30 g Vegan protein
- 50 g Ground walnuts
- 50 g erythritol/any sugar
- 2 ts ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 bal baking soda
- 1 apple
- 150 g Apple nutrition without sugar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon oil

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the nutrients, water, oil, and roughly grated apple. To the wet mixture, add the dry ingredients. Spread the prepared dough evenly in a small mold (I used a small baking dish), which we grease with oil. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
