Quick & Easy Fluffy Moist Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 11⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 11⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 Cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 Cup crystal sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Cup mashed ripe bananas (about two bananas)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your muffin tins or line them with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until it's light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, making sure each one is fully incorporated before adding the next.
Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tins, filling each one about 2/3 of the way full.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tins for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
