Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a fork, prick holes all over the pastry to prevent it from puffing up too much during baking.
Spread marinara sauce on the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Top it with thinly sliced vegetables of your choice, and pepperoni or sausage if using.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt over the pizza.
Drizzle olive oil evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the pastry are golden brown.
Allow pizza to cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
Slice your puff pastry pizza into squares or any shape you prefer and enjoy!
