Quick Mug Cake Recipe
A quick cake that can be prepared without weighing. Prepare a traditional cake with not entirely traditional flavors that amazingly go well together- almond, orange, carrot.

- 2 mugs gluten-free flour
- 1 ts flax seeds
- 1⁄2 mug sugar
- 1⁄2 packages baking soda
- 2 egg
- 2 carrot
- 1 orange
- 2 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 ts cinnamon

1. Step
In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, flax seeds, baking powder, cinnamon)
2. Step
In a second bowl, put the eggs with sugar and beat them with a mixer for 4 minutes
3. Step
Add grated carrots, orange juice, and almond butter to the beaten eggs
4. Step
Slightly stir and add dry ingredients into the bowl
5. Step
Mix and pour onto a baking tray (cake tray, bread tray.. the choice is yours)
6. Step
Bake at a temperature of 180 °C for 15 minutes on a baking sheet, 25-30 minutes in a bread mold
7. Step
Let it cool down and enjoy your meal!
