Directions
BASKET: We crush the biscuits and mix them into fine flour. Pour them with melted butter and create a dough. We press this into a baking mold. Put it in the fridge.
CHEESE CREAM: Mix everything together except for the cream. Whip the cream into whipped cream, which we then fold into the curd mixture with a spatula. We layer the finished cream on the base. Let it cool.
CARAMEL LAYER: In a saucepan, we stir the sugar until it completely melts and a brown liquid forms. We add melted butter. Then we carefully pour in cream and stir for a while. We add a touch of salt, stir.
Let it cool a bit. Finally, pour the still warm liquid caramel over the pie and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
