- 150 g red cabbage
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs white onion
- 2 spoons sugar
- 1⁄2 spoons salt
- 2 spoons apple cider vinegar

1. Step
First, we prepare the vegetables. We clean and slice the cabbage and carrot into thin strips. We peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.
2. Step
Then in a bowl mix sugar, salt, vinegar, and olive oil. Add the chopped vegetables to this mixture and mix well. Let the salad stand for at least 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
3. Step
Stir the salad once again before serving. It can be served as a side dish to meat or fish, but also as a healthy and quick snack.
