Directions
We mix all the ingredients for the dough together. We knead in a kitchen robot for about 5 minutes.
Cover the prepared dough with a dishcloth and let it rise for an hour.
We divide the prepared dough into two parts. We roll out each part into the shape of a rectangle.
Mix everything together for each filling.
We spread the filling on the rolled-out half of the dough and roll it up. Like a roulade. We cut it lengthwise and weave it like a braid. We do the same with the second part of the dough and the second type of filling.
We will shape the braid with cheese filling into a circle and brush it with a beaten egg.
Transfer the braid with vegetable filling to a bishop's bread mold lined with baking paper. Also coat with egg.
We bake at a temperature of 185 degrees. After 15 minutes, I switched to hot air. When the dough was already golden on top, I covered it with foil and baked it some more. The total baking time was about 40-45 minutes. Let it cool down completely after baking.
