These dumplings can be used in soup or even as a side dish to a sauce

- 100 ml whole milk
- 35 g semolina
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon There doesn't have to be chopped fresh herbs
- rapeseed oil

1. Step
Cook the wheat semolina in milk, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps.
2. Step
Let it cool down, put it in the blender. Add the egg and herbs and blend the dumpling dough.
3. Step
Put the dumplings in boiling water, boil them for about 3 minutes after they come up to the surface and then remove from heat.
4. Step
Drain and drizzle with rapeseed oil.
