Simple oatmeal and banana cake
This oatmeal and banana cake is really easy to make, low in calories and especially tasty.
Ingredients
- 3 a piece bananas
- 2 cups oat flakes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cups apple puree
- 3 spoons With
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions
Mash the bananas. It is ideal to use bananas that are already slightly overripe, so they are sweeter and easier to mash.
Add oats, milk, eggs, applesauce, honey, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into the baking tray, which you have previously lined with baking paper. I recommend this so that the cake doesn't stick to the bottom of the baking dish.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, but I always test with a toothpick to see if it is already baked.
When the cake is baked, let it cool and then cut it into portions.
