1. Step

Mash the bananas. It is ideal to use bananas that are already slightly overripe, so they are sweeter and easier to mash.

2. Step

Add oats, milk, eggs, applesauce, honey, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mix everything well.

3. Step

Pour the mixture into the baking tray, which you have previously lined with baking paper. I recommend this so that the cake doesn't stick to the bottom of the baking dish.

4. Step

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, but I always test with a toothpick to see if it is already baked.
