Simplified Mascarpone Cake
This mascarpone cake is easy to prepare. It's ideal for celebrations, birthdays, or just to go with your coffee.
Ingredients
Basket:
- 5 pcs Eggs
- 150 g Crystal sugar
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 1 pcs baking soda
- 300 g Plain flour
- 100 ml vegetable oil
Cream:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 450 ml whipped cream
- 130 g powdered sugar
- 1 pcs whipped cream stabilizer
Others:
- Strawberries

We mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar.
Add oil and yogurt.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
Whisk the egg whites with granulated sugar and carefully fold them into the batter.
Line the baking form with baking paper.

In a bowl, mix together the mascarpone, whipping cream, sugar, and stabilizer using a mixer.
We often cut the cake and spread the cream on it.
