Sour Milk Mug Cake

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 spoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 mug oil
- 1 mug sour milk
- 2 pcs Eggs

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml whipping cream

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease it with oil.
2. Step
Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough in a large bowl.
3. Step
Add the sour milk, vegetable oil, and eggs and mix until smooth.
4. Step
We often pour the batter into a greased mold and arrange the fruit on it.
5. Step
We bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
6. Step
Meanwhile, prepare the icing by melting the chocolate together with the whipping cream and let it cool slightly.

When you take the cake out of the oven, coat it with chocolate topping and let it cool down.
