Directions
I used a round mold with a diameter of 26cm.
Whisk the eggs with sugar.
We add oil and water and stir.
Next, add the flour, carob, and baking powder. Beat everything thoroughly.
Line the form with baking paper and pour the dough into it.
Insert into a preheated oven and bake at 180 for 30 minutes or as needed.
We pick and let it cool down.
Mix the curd, cream and vanilla.
We will layer it on the cake. We will decorate it with fruit and ground nuts.
If you choose a form with a smaller diameter, you can cut the body into two halves. But I recommend a double amount of filling.
Or you can choose the no-bake version where you will use biscuits instead of dough, which you will alternate with the filling. Also double the amount. And in between, you can also add fresh fruit.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Bon appétit!
