- 100 g grated cheese

Heat the oil in a pan and add the spinach. Cook until it has wilted. Drain and let it cool.

In a bowl, mix the spinach, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Form meatballs with the dough and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the meatballs are golden.
