Sweet Pancakes
Traditional pancakes which can be enjoyed with various sweet fillings such as jam, honey or chocolate.

- 250 g special fine flour
- 1⁄2 l milk
- 2 pcs Eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 kl sugar
- 2 kl oil

1. Step
Add all-purpose flour, eggs, sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Stir the mixture with a whisk.
2. Step
Gradually add the milk and stir until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
3. Step
Heat oil in the pan. Using a soup ladle, pour some batter onto the pan and bake the pancakes golden brown on both sides.
4. Step
Fill the finished pancakes with jam, honey or chocolate to taste and serve immediately.
