Tart with Chocolate Cream
Have you ever tried a tart? This was my first. Cocoa dough, raspberry jam, chocolate cream and a ruby chocolate glaze. And all of it in a lightened version without a lot of sugar and without baking.
Ingredients
Basics
- 100 g Mixed oat flakes
- 100 g Ground walnuts
- 50 g coconut flour
- 15 g grated coconut
- 10 g cocoa
- 80 g softened butter
- 30 g With
- 50 ml water
Cream
- 200 g Hot chocolate
- 2 pcs bananas
- 250 g Smooth cottage cheese
- raspberry jam
Glaze
- 100 g chocolate
- 50 ml milk

Directions
All ingredients are mixed together and made into a cohesive mass. This mass is then pressed into the bottom and sides of a tart pan (diameter 28 cm). We set it aside in the refrigerator and prepare the cream.
Melt the chocolate in a pan. Puree the bananas with a hand blender. Then mix them with the chocolate. Finally, stir in the cottage cheese. We can whip the cream further with a mixer.
Spread raspberry jam on the base of the tart and layer the cream. Put it back in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
We'll melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, stir it, and pour it over the cream. Decorate and let it harden in the fridge, ideally overnight.
