- 2 tablespoon tamarind sauce
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 70 g Palm sugar
- 120 ml water
- 1⁄3 Cup shallots
- 1 Cup Cooking oil

1. Step
Bring a pot of water to boil and put the eggs in. Boil for 6-7 minutes, then move to a bowl of ice water. Once cooled, peel the eggs.
2. Step
In a saucepan, mix tamarind sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and stir till the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
3. Step
Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced shallots and fry till crispy, then remove. Put the eggs in the oil and fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Step
Put the eggs on a plate, pour the sauce over, and garnish with crispy shallots and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
