Pit the plums and put them in a bowl. Add the vanilla seeds. Add the sugar, pour in the rum and mix well.

2. Step

Melt a bit of butter in a frying pan. Stir in the plums and sauté them.

3. Step

For the dough, put the flour in a bowl. Add the hazelnut powder and brown sugar. Add the cold butter and knead with your hands until obtaining crumbs.

4. Step

Divide the plums into individual bowls and sprinkle the crumbs on top. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown.
