1. Step

Place 50 g of chocolate in the mixing bowl for 10 seconds at speed 9.

2. Step

Add cream, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg yolks. Mix for 8 minutes at 80°C, speed 4.

3. Step

Add cocoa. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 5.

4. Step

Cool and place in a container to freeze for 4 hours.

Add white chocolate for 10 seconds on speed 6.
