Thin Pizza Dough
This is a recipe for thin, crispy homemade pizza dough.
Ingredients
- 500 g special fine flour
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 325 ml Warm water

In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Add olive oil to the dry mixture and gradually add warm water until a soft, but not sticky dough forms.
Often place it on a floured surface and work it out.
Cover the greased bowl with a lid or food wrap and let the dough rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Take out the dough and roll it to the desired thickness.
Place the dough on a baking sheet, add your favorite ingredients and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the dough is crispy and golden brown.
