Upside Down Apple-Pear Cake
Apples in cake are simply a classic. And again, you can come up with a million recipes with them. This time, I tried an upside-down version and complemented the apples with pears.

- coconut sugar
- 3 pcs Small pears
- 1 pcs Big apple

- 100 g oat flour
- 100 g Smooth spelt flour
- 30 g Vanilla protein or flour
- 1 a piece baking soda
- 40 g xylitol
- 1⁄2 ts cardamom
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 egg
- 100 ml milk
- 50 ml oil
- 1 pcs pear
- 1 pcs apple

Wrap a 22cm form with aluminum foil from the outside, just to make sure that nothing leaks out. Spray or smear the inside with coconut oil and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Cut the apple and pears into slices and lay them on the bottom of the mold.
Road preparation:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, add the yolks, oil, milk, and blended pear with apple. Finally, mix in the egg whites.
Often pour over pears and apples and bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for about 35 minutes.
