Vegetable salad with zucchini
Quick and healthy vegetable salad with zucchini and chilli.

- 2 a piece Courgettes
- 1 a piece Chilli pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons olive oil
- lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper

1. Step
Wash and thinly slice the courgettes. Cut the chilli pepper into thin rings.
2. Step
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. At the same time, you can also press the garlic through a press, which will extract even more aroma and flavour from it.
3. Step
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic. Sauté it for a few minutes and then add the zucchini and chillies to the pan.
4. Step
Stir occasionally and sauté until the zucchini is golden brown. In my experience, zucchini is best when it is slightly crispy, so it won't take more than 5 to 7 minutes.
5. Step
Finally, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
