Directions

50 min.
1. Step

Finely chopped apple is fried on a heated pan for 2-3 minutes, until it starts to soften. We pour water over it and cook for about 10 minutes or until the water evaporates.

2. Step

Meanwhile, we blend the nuts until they look finely chopped.

3. Step

We put the apple in the bowl and mix in honey, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla and oil. We mix everything well and gradually add flour. The best way to knead the dough is by hand. The dough will be smooth, greasy and non-sticky.

4. Step

We often cover with foil and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

You can sprinkle the cookies with chopped nuts or chopped dark chocolate.

7. Step

Bake at 200 °C, approximately 8-10 minutes or until they are baked.
