Basket:
- 550 g special fine flour
- 1 pcs egg
- 1⁄2 dl oil
- 1 cube yeast
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 350 ml lukewarm milk
- pinch of salt
Cottage cheese layer:
- 250 g soft curd cheese
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon confectionery sugar
Sprinkles:
- 150 g semi-coarse flour
- 100 g confectionery sugar
- 125 g butter
Other:
- plum
- crystal sugar

1. Step
From yeast, sugar, and milk, we make leaven.
2. Step
When the yeast pops, we pour it to the other ingredients and knead a smooth dough. Sprinkle the dough with a piece of flour and leave it covered in a warm place to sour for an hour.
3. Step
In the meantime, stone the plums. Prepare the cottage cheese, grease and flour the pan.
4. Step
We often transfer it to a baking tray where we roll it out and put curd on it, plums on which we put a piece (approx. 2 tablespoons) of granulated sugar. And finally a tiny bit of the mentioned ingredients. We bake the finished cake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden.
