Yeast Rhubarb Pie with Cottage Cheese
This exceptional pie is excellent for those who love the combination of sweet and sour flavors. Perfect for summer days or as a dessert after Sunday lunch.

- 500 g special fine flour
- 250 g sugar
- 1 pcs Sourdough
- 250 ml milk
- 2 pcs Yolk
- 100 g butter
- 1 pcs salt

- 500 g rhubarb
- 500 g Curd cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
Sprinkle
- 100 g special fine flour
- 70 g butter
- 50 g sugar

Prepare the dough: Mix all the ingredients and let it ferment for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling: Clean the rhubarb, cut it into smaller pieces and mix with cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Prepare the topping: Mix all ingredients and stir to a lumpy consistency.
Roll out the dough, place it on a baking sheet, spread the filling on it and sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
