Yeast Whole Wheat Bread

- 500 g Wheat flour
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 1 glass hot water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Dissolve the yeast in warm water in a small dish, add sugar and leave for 15 minutes for the yeast to start working.
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Add active yeast to it. Knead the dough until it has a uniform consistency. When successful, cover the bowl with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for an hour.
After this time, the dough should double its volume. Knead it again for about 5 minutes, then shape a loaf. Transfer the dough to a greased bread tin or arrange it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the form with a cloth and leave for another 30 minutes. During this time, the dough should rise again.
Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, until it is golden and crispy. After baking, remove the bread from the mold and leave it to cool on a rack.
