Prepare all the ingredients. Clean the vegetables, cut the potatoes and onion into smaller pieces. Leave the zucchini whole.

2. Step

On a frying pan with oil, sauté the chopped onion, add the chopped potatoes and roast them.

3. Step

Add chopped zucchini, garlic, salt, and all the spices. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

4. Step

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down. Then transfer everything to a blender and blend into a smooth soup.
