- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, kosher salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Use a fork to mix the ingredients until they're thoroughly combined and the mixture is uniform.
