Baked Cream Cheese Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
These delightful bacon stuffed mushrooms are mouth-watering delicious and will become the star attraction of your party platter. Savory bacon mixed with cream cheese and vegetables stuffed into mushroom caps are baked to perfection to provide a simple yet gourmet appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 Package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 Cup parmesan
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems, leave the caps intact.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté till it is golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix in the crumbled bacon until well incorporated.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
Arrange the stuffed mushrooms onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until the mushrooms are piping hot and liquid starts to form at the bottom of the caps, about 20 minutes.
