Baked Ground Meat with Mashed Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix together the minced meat, beaten eggs, grated onion, crushed garlic, salt and pepper until a uniform mixture is formed.

Spread the mixture into a square baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Then mash the potatoes, add butter and finely chopped onion.

Spread the mashed potatoes onto the baked meat in the baking dish and bake everything together for another 20 minutes. During baking, we can add a little bit of meat broth to the top for better results.

Let the prepared meal cool slightly before serving.
