These baked lamb chops are very easy to make, very juicy and tasty. They are also ideal for parties, get-togethers with friends and even for Christmas.
Ingredients
- 1.2 kg lamb chops
- 5 potato
- salt
- ground black pepper
- thyme
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 250 ml white wine

Directions
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into slices of the same thickness.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and spread them out well.
Season with a little thyme, black pepper and salt. Then pour in a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
Place the white wine and the peeled garlic cloves in a blender. Blend everything at low speed and pour it over the potatoes.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 190° C for 30 minutes.
Season each lamb chop with salt and pepper on one side. Add the lamb chops to the hot pan with oil and sear each side for 3 minutes. (Tip: you can also add garlic for better taste.)
For the last 7-10 minutes, place the chops in the oven with the potatoes until browned.
Serve and enjoy.
