Baked Meatballs
Tasty and succulent baked meatballs in a tomato sauce, which are great as a main course or as a side dish to any meals.

Meatballs
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 a piece large onion
- 4 a piece cloves of garlic
- 1 a piece egg
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper
Sauce
- 400 g strained tomatoes
- 1 a piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ts oregano
- 1 ts basil
- 1 ts Red pepper

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Step
Finely chop the onion and garlic and mix with ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and seasoning.
3. Step
Stir the mixture well and form small balls.
4. Step
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are baked.
5. Step
While the meatballs are in the oven, prepare the sauce. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add crushed tomatoes and spices. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Step
Put the meatballs from the oven into the sauce and let them simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
