Banana chocolate bar
For me, the combination of banana and chocolate has always been the best. I love the smooth, sweet banana flavour, which is complemented wonderfully by the chocolate. To top it all off, this banana chocolate bar is quick and easy to make. I think it's the perfect start to the world of desserts.
Ingredients
- 5 pc Large, ripe banana
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 20 dkg butter
- 30 dkg flour
- 15 dkg sugar
- 2 egg
- 1 tasak baking powder
- pinch of salt

Directions
First, I melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath over low heat. Be careful not to get it too hot. Then mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the buttered chocolate.
Then come the sugar, eggs and salt. Always mix the ingredients thoroughly before adding the next one.
I add the flour and baking powder to the mixture gradually, mixing well. I spread the dough evenly in a large baking pan lined with baking paper, using a smoothing knife.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. It is important to cool the slices completely before storing. Store in a tightly closed box in a cool place.
When serving, sprinkle with icing sugar to make it even more festive.
