1. Step
On the oil, we fry finely chopped onion, which we sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of flour. We fry it and pour it over with milk, cream in which we have mixed the rest of the flour.
2. Step
We will cook for about 10-15 minutes and insert grated fresh horseradish. We blend until we have a smooth sauce, then cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, vegetable seasoning and ground white pepper.
3. Step
We serve the sauce with dumplings and beef we just sliced, tenderized, seasoned, placed, poured over with water, and baked covered.
4. Step
Pierce the meat edges so that the meat does not twist when baking and the slices remain straight.
