Best Ever Crispy Tender Chicken Fritters

Ingredients
- 500 g of boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 Cup of flour
- 1⁄2 Cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Your favorite dipping sauce, for serving

In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring continuously till there are no lumps and it achieves a smooth consistency.
Season your chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
