Best Ever Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 Cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 11⁄4 cups of unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups of chocolate chips

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crisp but the centers are still soft.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
