Heat the olive oil in a pan or skillet on medium heat.

2. Step

Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the pan. Cook until browned, breaking it up into smaller pieces.

Once beef is cooked, add diced bell pepper and carrots. Stir well to combine.
