Broccoli spread
Recipe for homemade broccoli spread, which is suitable for breakfast or for the kids for a snack.

- 1 a piece broccoli
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 spoons Yoghurt
- salt and black pepper to taste
- A little lemon juice

1. Step
Rinse the broccoli, divide into florets and place in lightly salted boiling water. Cook for about 7 minutes until tender but still retaining its bright green colour.
2. Step
Drain the cooked broccoli and let it cool.
3. Step
Peel the garlic clove and crush it.
4. Step
Place the broccoli, garlic, yoghurt, olive oil and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Step
Taste the spread and season with salt and pepper as needed.
6. Step
Serve with wholemeal bread.
