Carrot Cake with Cottage Cheese Cream
This tasty cake is an excellent choice for various celebrations or family gatherings. The current combination of carrots and cottage cheese will surprise even the most demanding gourmets.
Ingredients
Often
- 200 g Ground walnuts
- 150 g sugar
- 180 g Plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g grated carrot
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 50 ml oil
Cream
- 500 g Cheese curd
- 200 g butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 packing vanilla sugar

Directions
Often: in a bowl we mix walnuts, sugar, flour and baking powder.
Add the grated carrot, eggs, cinnamon and oil. Mix everything together well.
We often pour into a cake mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes.
Cream: Whip the butter with powdered and vanilla sugar. Gradually add cottage cheese and whip everything together until smooth.
Spread the cream over the cooled, finished cake and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving the cake, we can decorate it to taste, for example with grated carrots or walnuts.
