Cheese sauce for pasta is a quick and easy way to enhance the flavor of your favorite pasta. This creamy, thick sauce is full of intense cheese flavor, perfect for pasta, lasagna or casseroles.

- 2 spoons Flours
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chives on top (optional)

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, where you melt the butter.
Add the flour and mix it with the butter to form a roux. We cook this for about 2 minutes.
Add milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
When the sauce thickens, add grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped chives.
