Chicken breast with mushrooms
A recipe for the uncomplicated
Ingredients
- 300 g Where it's raining
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 150 ml whipped cream
- oil
- salt
- black pepper
- ground Scratches
- Garlic seasoning
- 400 ml Broth bouillon

Directions
We cut the meat into smaller cubes, season with salt and spices. Add oil and mix.
While stirring occasionally, roast it in the pan until golden (we do not add any more oil). Take it out of the pan when done.
In the meat roasting pan, we then prepare mushrooms. We clean them well and cut into larger pieces. We add oil and sauté the mushrooms to the pan. After about two minutes, we add finely chopped onion and sauté together for a while. We season with ground caraway, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, pour with broth and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
We stir in the whipping cream and let it thicken. We finally return the already baked meat into the finished sauce and stir it.
We serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.
