Cut the chicken into thin strips. Cut the peppers, onion, garlic and carrot into thin strips. Divide the broccoli into small florets.

2. Step

Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken meat. When it starts to change color, add the onion and garlic and sauté.

Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli and sauté until soft.
