Cut the chicken into thin strips. Cut the peppers, onion, garlic and carrot into thin strips. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken meat. When it starts to change color, add the onion and garlic and sauté.
Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli and sauté until soft.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and spices, and add to the pan. Sauté over medium heat until the sauce is completely absorbed.
Serve with rice or pasta. Enjoy your meal!
