Chicken thighs

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Peel and finely chop the onion, crush the garlic.

Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic and ground paprika. Add onion and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices, salt and season.

Put the marinated chicken thighs and potatoes in the roasting pan.
