- 4 a piece Chicken cutlets
- 4 a piece Potatoes
- 1 cup Plain flour
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste

Clean, salt and pepper the chicken cutlets.
Then coat each schnitzel in flour, egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the coated cutlets in a pan with plenty of oil on all sides until golden brown.
